helpful staff great location faulty air conditioner old bathroom
The staff were very helpful. they helped with a night bus route to the airport, which saved money. they also organized a taxi. The location is great. it is tucked in a quiet alley near the main tourist street. it is next to a mini market.
the air conditioner did not work since day 1.

amazing stay!
superb location helpful staff bag storage famous market
the location was superb, right in the heart of everything (seriously, everything!). the staff were helpful, giving great tips for exploring the area. i loved the fact that i could leave my bags at reception after check-out. and the famous market was just around the corner, perfect for grabbing snacks.
the street could be a tiny bit noisy at night.
Dining
8/10
nearby, i found a mini market, really handy for picking up necessities. the hotel itself does not have dining facilities (that i noticed). but many options exist just outside.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel offers luggage storage, a great plus for late departures. i did not see extra facilities like a gym or pool. the absence of a coffee pot in the room was no biggie.
Service
10/10
the reception staff spoke english and they were super nice! nacho (the receptionist) especially stood out, he always made me laugh. i felt at home there.
Location
10/10
the hotel is right next to the main street, with all its shops and bars. a metro stop is super close by too, convenient for travel. it's basically in the center!
Rooms
9/10
my room was quiet and very clean, which i really appreciated. i even had a little balcony, that was nice! the bed was comfy (i slept like a log!).

convenient location friendly staff spacious bathroom
The location is convenient, right next to the metro. Public transportation made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. They readily provided a kettle and cups when requested. The bathroom was spacious, also it was clean, with the toilet and sink conveniently next to each other.
The room lacked a fridge.
